水热碳化法制备单分散碳微球

摘要
以葡萄糖为碳源,采用水热碳化法制备了粒径均匀、分散性良好的碳微球。研究了反应温度、葡萄糖物质的量浓度和反应时间对合成碳微球显微形貌和粒径大小的影响。结果表明:所合成的碳微球为无定形态。随着反应温度的升高,虽然碳微球的粒径呈减小趋势变化,但其团聚程度逐渐增加。较高的葡萄糖浓度会导致碳微球团聚现象严重;另外,随着反应时间的延长,碳微球的平均粒径逐渐增大。水热碳化温度为180℃、反应时间为12 h、葡萄糖物质的量浓度为0.5 mol·L~(-1)时所制备的碳微球分散度好且粒径均匀,其平均粒径约为0.5μm。
