基于环糊精主客体包合的自修复和形状记忆材料

摘要
为满足形状记忆聚合物在应用时多功能化和高智能化的要求,本文设计制备了一种具有自修复能力和三形状记忆功能的的新型纳米复合材料。该材料利用β环糊精改性氧化铝纳米颗粒和含有客体基团的聚丙烯酸酯组装共聚来制备。研究表明:通过环糊精与客体基团之间的主客体识别,氧化铝纳米颗粒与有机分子间形成了交联的三维网状结构,材料表现出良好的机械性能。由于环糊精与客体基团的非共价键相互作用力较弱,材料在损伤时,断面处存在大量游离的主客体基团,二者重新相互作用形成主客体识别导致材料自修复。自修复后材料的机械性能恢复70%以上。此外,通过共混加入一定比例的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮后,复合材料在10℃至60℃范围内显示出三重形状记忆效应。
Novel nanocomposites with self-healing capacity and triple-shape memory effect was successfully prepared to meet the more complex requirements of application. These nanocomposites were preperaed from β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) modified Al_2O_3 nanoparticles and P-(methacrylate-co-2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) with adamantine side groups. The results showed that, Al_2O_3 nanoparticles and organic macromolecules could form three-dimensional network structure due to the formation of β-CD- adamantine inclusion complexes, and this structure resulted in good mechanical properties. The non-covalent bonds between cyclodextrins and guest groups are reversible, therefore, a large amount of exposed free host and guest groups on the cross sections can re-form host-guest interactions when the material was damaged, endowing the material with self-healing capacity. The tensile testing shows that the nanocomposite recovers 70% of its original mechanical properties. Additionally, by adding a certain proportion of polyvinylpyrrolidone, we found that the nanocomposite exhibited triple-shape memory effect changing the temperature between 10 ℃ to 60℃.
