离子色谱法测定云冈石窟第二窟泉水中阴离子的含量

摘要
云冈石窟是世界文化遗产,然而近几十年来石窟中的雕像风化和溶蚀速度日益突出.研究水中阴离子对云冈石雕的化学效应,可以为云冈石窟的科学保护提供依据。采用离子色谱法对云冈石窟第二窟泉水中的阴离子进行测定,以Spectrum阴离子色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm)分离,流动相为1.8mmol/L Na_2CO_3·10H_20-1.2mmol/L NaHCO_3溶液,流速为1.2 mL/min,在19min内七种阴离子能够完全分离。七种阴离子的线性相关系数r>0.9961,相对标准偏差RSD均小于2.54%。结果表明:云冈石窟第二窟泉水中主要含有Cl、NO_3、SO_4~2三种阴离子,含量分别为316.3mg/L、371.0 mg/L、136.3 mg/L,平均加标回收率在94.97%~103.1%之间。
The ion chromatograph with conductivity detector added self regenerating suppressor was developed for the determination of anions in spring water from Yungang caves.The separation column adopted a anion-separation column(250mmx4.6mm),the mobile phase was 1.8mmol/L Na_2CO_3·10H_2O-1.2mmol/L NaHCO_3,the flow rate was set to 1.2mL/min.In the optimum chromatography condition,seven anions were separated whthin 19 min.The linear correlation coefficients were more than 0.99,the relative standard deviation of seven anions were less than2.54%(n=6).The proposed method was applied to determination of anions in spring water from Yungang caves,Cl~-,NO_3~- and SO_4~(2-) were found.The content of Cl~-,NO_3~- and SO_4~(2-) in sample was 316.3mg/L,371.0 mg/L,136.3mg/L,respectivily,the average recoveries for three inorganic anions were between 94.97%~103.1%.
