苯硼酸修饰的磁性分子印迹聚合物用于提取茶叶中的槲皮素

摘要
槲皮素及其衍生物是黄酮类化合物重要的组成部分,其优越的抗氧化活性以及抗肿瘤作用在近年来得到了广泛的关注。目前槲皮素的提取存在着耗时长,溶剂消耗量大,提取率低,选择性差等缺点。本研究以槲皮素为模板分子,苯硼酸修饰的Fe_3O_4为载体,多巴胺为功能单体及交联剂,在Cu~(2+)和H_2O_2的催化下高效的制备出具有高选择性的分子印迹聚合物,并将其用于选择性的提取茶叶中的槲皮素。
Quercetm is the most active compound in flavonoid family owing to its proposed beneficial effects in anti-oxidative and anti-carcinogenic properties.While several methods have been used to separate quercetin,the disadvantages such as taking long time to handle,more solvent consumption,inefficiency and lack of selectivity have also emerged.In this paper we reporte a phenylboronic acid-functionalized magnetic molecular imprinted nanoparticles,using quercetin as template,dopamine as both functional monomers and cross-linker,for quercetin separation.With Cu~(2+) and H_2O_2 assistance we can get high affinity polymers in a short time.Meanwhile,the imprinted polymers were used successfully in separation quercetin from tea sample.
