硼酸温度敏感亲和色谱的制备及在富集中的应用

摘要
<正>在蛋白质组学分析中,具有特殊选择性的色谱介质在蛋白质样品预处理中发挥了极其重要的作用。现行使用的色谱材料去除高丰度蛋白或富集低丰度蛋白时,被捕获分子的释放一般需要通过改变流动相的组成才能实现,甚至需要使用极端p H、高浓度盐或有机溶剂才能洗脱,不利于生物样品的分析;切换流动相后,色谱柱的平衡一般需要较长时间才能完成,造成释放速率较慢,成本较高。采用SI-ATRP法制备了新型的含有硼酸基团的"温度开关"色谱材料,通过温度控制的捕获和释
