基于试纸的合成色素快速检测方法及在软饮料中应用

摘要
人工合成色素具有成本低、稳定等优点,广泛应用于各类加工食品以增强和保持产品的色泽。有研究表明长期大量摄入人工合成,对人体特别是儿童可能存在安全风险。建立低成本、快速、可现场检测人工合成色素的方法和试剂有助于控制其带来的安全风险。本研究基于聚酰胺膜对人工合成色素的高强度吸附作用,通过优化吸附时间、孵育方式等因素,建立了可用于定性检测果汁中三种人工合成色素(胭脂红,柠檬黄和日落黄)的快速检测方法。该方法可在10分钟内完成检测,无需有机试剂和仪器设备,对三种色素的最低检测限分别为0.4,0.3,and0.4mg/L。分别对10种市售果汁饮料进行了检测,该快速检测方法检测结果与薄层色谱和高效液相色谱检测结果相符。
Synthetic food colorants are widely used in the food industry to enhance the appeal and desirability food products.In this study,a rapid,low-cost method was developed based on the strong bind activity of polyamide film.This method was used to detect three synthetic colorants,which are commonly found in soft drinks.Under the optimal conditions,the entire detection procedure was completed within 10 min,and the limit of detections of the three synthetic food colorants(SFC),namely,Ponceau 4R(E124),Tartrazine(E102),and Sunset Yellow(E110),were 0.4,0.3,and 0.4 mg/l,respectively.The proposed method was compared with thin-layer chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography.Validation results indicated the reliability of the strip test method for the detection of the three SFCs in soft drinks.This study indicates that the polyamide film-based strip test exhibits potential for detection of other SFCs.
