温度传感器校准系统误差来源分析

摘要
在温度传感器的研制和使用过程中,校准是一个必不可少的环节。温度传感器校准通过温度传感器校准系统进行。温度传感器校准系统的误差来源有四个:测试及数据处理系统、温度保持系统、标准传感器、操作失误及外部干扰等其他因素。在进行温度校准时,应根据校准系统每种误差来源自身的特点,对误差大小进行评估,并采取有效措施减小该误差,从而实现尽可能地减小温度传感器校准系统的误差,提高校准精度。
In the process of developing and using the temperature sensor,calibration is an essential step.The calibration of the temperature sensor is carried out by the calibration system.There are four error sources of temperature sensor calibration system,i.e.test and data processing system,constant temperature system,standard temperature sensor,and additional factors such as operational error and external disturbance.When performing the temperature calibration,the measurement error must be evaluated according to the characteristics of each error source,and effective measures are taken to reduce or even eliminate the error,and thus as far as possible to reduce the error of the temperature sensor calibration system to improve the calibration accuracy.
