两种鹿尾中总多糖含量测定

摘要
采用水热回流法提取中药材鹿尾中的总多糖,经三氯乙酸除蛋白、活性炭脱色处理,用苯酚一硫酸比色法对鹿尾样品中的总多糖含量进行测定,检测波长为486nm。结果表明梅花鹿尾中总多糖平均含量为4.70mg·g~(-1),马鹿尾中总多糖平均含量为5.86mg·g~(-1),两种鹿尾中总多糖含量差异不显著(P>0.05);该方法操作简便,结果可靠,适用性强,可以作为鹿尾药材的质量控制方法。
Polysaccharides was extracted from Cauda Cervi by water hot reflux extraction,with protein removed by trichloroacetic acid and then decolored by active carbon.The content of the polysaccharides was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid eolorimetry method at 486 nm.The results showed that the polysaccharides content in Cauda Cervi of Cervus Nippon Temminck is4.70 mg·g~(-1) while in Cervus elaphus Linnaeus is 5.86 mg·g~(-1),and there was no distinct differences in Cauda Cervi of two species(P > 0.05);With the chatacter of simplify operation,reliable result and adaptable,the method can be effectively applied in the control of Cauda Cervi quality.
