喷施钙肥对桃钙养分吸收和品质的影响

摘要
以桃‘春蜜'为材料,研究不同时期(膨大期、转色期、膨大与转色期)分别喷施硝酸钙、糖醇螯合钙和自制钙(小分子有机钙)3种钙肥对果实钙养分吸收、品质以及着色度的影响。结果表明,喷施钙显著提高了春蜜桃叶片和果肉中钙养分含量。从喷施时期上看,膨大期叶片钙含量高于其他时期,膨大与转色期果肉钙含量最高;从钙源种类上,喷自制钙果肉钙含量增加最多,较照提高5.28%~10.85%,糖醇螯合钙提高叶片钙含量最为明显,是对照1.84~1.99倍。同时,喷施钙肥提高了桃果实品质,促进次生物类黄酮和总酚的形成,改善了果品着色性,在转色期喷施自制钙的效果较为理想。3种钙肥喷施的综合效果,在转色期喷施自制钙稍好于其他钙肥。
In order to figure out appropriate calcium source and stage of exogenetic calcium supply for peach 'Chunmi',a field experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of calcium spray on flesh calcium content,fruit quality and fruit coloring by spraying calcium nitrate,alditol calcium and self made calcium(low molecule organic calcium) during fruit enlargement and colouring period.The results indicate that all calcium spray treatments enhance the calcium contents of leaf and flesh of peach significantly,and the calcium contents in leaves under the calcium spray during enlargement stage are much higher than other stage,the calcium contents in flesh are the highest under the calcium spray both enlargement and colouring stages.Compared with control,The foliar spray of self made calcium induces the highest calcium contents of flesh,which increased by 5.28%~10.85%.The calcium contents in leaves increase significantly among all calcium treatments,at values of 1.84 to 1.99 times of the control.Besides,all calcium spray treatments promote fruit quality of peach,increase flavonoid and polyphenol contents of peach flesh,and improved fruit coloring,Spraying self made calcium is better during colouring period.Judging by the total effect of spraying,,self made calcium recommended as an excellent during colouring period.
