氮用量和株距对烤烟K326光合作用、干物质积累、产质量的影响

摘要
以烤烟K326品种为材料,通过大田试验研究氮肥用量和株距对烤烟大田光合作用、干物质积累、产质量的影响。研究结果表明:不同处理间胞间CO_2浓度以M2N2(中密中氮)最高,M1N1(低密低氮)最低,且二者差异极显著;净光合速率以M2N2处理最高,M3N3最小。团棵期和现蕾期,株距相同时各处理随着氮肥用量增加,根系干重呈增加趋势,茎则无明显规律,叶干物质积累呈现慢快慢的节奏。同一生育期内叶的干物质积累均高于茎和根,随着生育期的进行,烟叶所占全株比值逐步减小且变化明显,但一直都占50%以上比例。综合考虑产量、质量、产值等因素,得出以处理M2N2效果最好。
Taking the flue-cured tobacco variety K326 as material, through the field experiment was conducted to study the amount of nitrogen fertilizer and plant spacing on Tobacco Photosynthesis, dry matter accumulation, yield and quality. The results showed that the CO2 concentration in the intercellular space was the highest in M2N2 (medium density), and M1N1(low density and low N) was the lowest, and the difference was very significant. The net photosynthetic rate was the highest and M3N3 was the lowest in M2N2 treatment. Rosette stage and budding stage, at the same spacing treatments with nitrogen fertilizer increased, root dry weight increased, stem obvious regularity, leaf dry matter accumulation showed a slow fast slow rhythm. The dry matter accumulation in the leaves of the same growth period was higher than that of the stem and root, and the ratio of the whole plant was gradually decreased and the change was obvious, but it had been more than 50%. Considering the factors such as output, quality and output value, the effect of M2N2 is the best.
