压差薄膜穿透性破裂分析

摘要
发动机运转过程中发生活门关闭转速不合格现象,分解检查发现压差薄膜穿透性破裂。对失效的薄膜进行了外观检查,对断口及裂纹形貌进行了扫描电镜分析,并对薄膜进行了耐寒试验及臭氧老化试验。结果表明,压差薄膜破裂失效为过载断裂,与薄膜橡胶层及棉布骨架层性能无关。
Closing speed of the valve is unqualified during engine running.Penetrated rupture of the pressure differential thin film is found after disassembly inspection.The macroscopic and microscopic observation of the failure surface and the ination are conduced and cold resistance and ozone resistance of the thin film are analyzed.The result indicates that the rupture of the thin film is compressive overload fracture,the failure has no relation with the performance of rubber layer and cotton fabric frame.
