保坍型聚羧酸减水剂的合成及其性能研究

摘要
以丙烯酸,异丁烯基聚氧乙烯醚(HPEG)与丙烯酸羟乙基酯/丙烯酸乙酯为主要反应原料,合成羟乙酯/乙酯结构保坍型聚羧酸减水剂。通过凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)、表面张力、Zeta电位及混凝土应用性能表征,测定了减水剂产物的分子量和转化率及其综合性能,并在此基础上分析了羟基酯/烷基酯结构减水剂与水泥颗粒表面吸附分散作用机理。结果表明:羟基酯结构减水剂的混凝土分散性能及保持能力更优,且羟乙酯结构的引入有利于提高其应用性能。
