劣味乳菇液体发酵工艺及其防治杨树溃疡病研究

摘要
外生菌根是真菌与植物根系相互作用形成的互惠共生体,是大多数森林植物正常生长不可或缺的组成部分,具有重要的生态环境效益和经济价值,外生菌根真菌与植物根系形成菌根共生体可促进根系对土壤养分的吸收提高植物抗逆性、促进植物生长等生态功能,对植物群落多样性及生产力的维持起着重要的作用,为更好地为外生菌根真菌应用提供参考依据和理论基础,以外生菌根真菌劣味乳菇(Lactarius insulsus)为试验材料,采用液体发酵法,分析接种量、溶解氧及p H值等因子对其发酵培养的影响,并将发酵产物制成液体菌剂,对杨树溃疡病进行田间防治试验,田间试验地选在江苏淮安市集沭河旁,树苗来自杨树溃疡病高发区苗圃一年生NL-895杨,采用随机区组设计试验,布置保护行,采用灌根法,株行距4m×8 m,菌剂由发酵液:水=1.5:8.5组成,菌液浓度为15%,菌剂灌根后覆土,每棵树用量500 m L。各处理200棵,并日常维护。接种30 d后调查一年生杨树苗溃疡病发病级别,统计杨树死亡率、病情指数及防病效果,结果表明,接种量5%,发酵过程中p H保持5左右,发酵中后期保持溶氧浓度在28%~35%可有效提高劣味乳菇菌丝体生物量,缩短了发酵周期;田间防治试验表明,劣味乳菇对溃疡病有较好防治效果,杨树苗死亡率可减少19.3%,防效可达41.1%。
