基于SCA100T传感器的无线舵面偏角测量系统

摘要
飞控系统总装后的测试与试飞定检中,经常需要测试飞机舵面的转动角度。通过分析舵面偏角的特点,建立空间旋转模型,并利用空间坐标变换原理建立了双轴倾角传感器测量舵面偏角的模型。在测量模型基础上,以SCA100T-D02双轴倾角传感器为核心,设计并制作一款舵面偏角测量系统。该系统以c8051 F021单片机为数据处理核心,通过nRF905模块实现无线数据传输,能够实现舵面偏角度的无线实时测量。试验结果表明,该测量系统在旋转轴与水平面夹角在-5°~+5°时,旋转角度为-30°~+30°范围内测量精度可达±1%,能够较好满足某型飞机舵面偏角现场测量需求。
In the process of flight control system test and flight scheduled inspection,the control surface deflection often requires to be checked.Through analyzing characteristics of control surface deflection,a space rotation model is built and a control surface deflection measurement model based on dual axis inclinometer is established by using space coordination transformation principle.On die basis of this measurement model,a control surface deflection measurement system,with SCA100T-D02 dual axis inclinometer as the core,is designed and produced.Taking c8051F021 microcontroller as the data processing core,through nRF905 module to achieve wireless data transmission,real-time measurement on control surface deflection can be realized.Experimental results show that the measurement system accuracy is up to ± 1%when the angle between the rotation axis and the horizontal plane is within-5° ~ +5° and the rotation angle is within-30° ~ +30°.It can better meet the field measurement demand on control surface deflection of certain aircraft.
