基于GA-FTA算法的航空发动机性能寻优控制研究

摘要
针对遗传算法在后期收敛速度慢不适于在线优化的缺点,提出了一类改进遗传算法与可变容差算法相结合的在线分层优化算法,开展了发动机最大推力模式、最小油耗模式及最低涡轮前温度模式的发动机性能寻优控制研究。计算结果表明,设计的优化算法充分发挥了遗传算法的全局搜索能力和可变容差法的局部快速搜索能力,在各种控制模式下,均有显著的优化效果,证明了性能寻优算法的有效性。
Because of the slow convergence speed of genetic algorithm in whose slow convergence speed in the later stage,it is no suitable for on-line optimization.To solve this problem,a online layered optimization algorithm is proposed which is a combination of improved genetic algorithm and flexible tolerance method.Aero-engine performance seeding control research is carried out for three modes,which are maximum thrust,minimum thrust and minimum turbine inlet temperature.Calculation results indicate that the designed algorithm has the advantages of both improved genetic algorithm and flexible tolerance method,and can reach significant optimization effect at all of those three modes,which proves the effectiveness of the algorithm.
