基于LabVIEW的力标准装置的控制平台研究

摘要
力标准装置是产生和传递标准力值的装置,且产生的力值满足相关计量规程规定的准确度、变动性、重复性等要求。从力标准机测量各式力传感器原理出发,针对笔者单位的静重式和杠杆式这两种力标准机,基于LabVIEW设计了力标准装置测量各型力传感器的自动和手动两种控制平台。经过长时间的测试,该平台完全能满足各型力传感器的计量校准工作。
The force standard device is a device to generate and transmit standard force value.Force value meets the demands of relevant rules of measurement accuracy,variability and reproducibility.For the author unit's static weight and leveraged that two kinds of force standard machines,from a variety of force standard machine measured the force sensor principle,both automatic and manual control platform standard means are designed based on Lab VIEW for measuring the force of the each type of force sensor.After a long period of testing,the control platform can meet various types of measurement and calibration work of the force sensor.
