纯电动汽车在卷烟配送中的应用探讨

摘要
目前环境污染与能源枯竭问题已成为全球关注的热点,节能减排已成为我国迫在眉睫的重要任务,国家高度重视节能与新能源汽车产业发展和推广应用,将其列入国家战略并作为生态文明建设的重要内容。本文以绿色发展理念为指导,根据绿色物流的本质要求和卷烟物流的特点规律,结合近年来国家对节能与新能源汽车产业发展的相关政策和行业实际,在分析纯电动汽车特点及国内外应用现状的基础上,探讨了在卷烟配送领域应用纯电动汽车的必要性和可行性,并针对当前存在的主要制约因素,提出了在烟草行业推进纯电动汽车应用的实施原则。
At present, every country has paid attention to the problem of environmental pollution and energy depletion. Energy conservation and emission reduction has become an important task of our country, and the government attaches great importance to the promotion of energy conservation and the application of new energy vehicle. According to green development concept and the characteristics of cigarette distribution, combined with the policy of energy conservation and new energy vehicle, this paper demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the application of battery electric vehicle in the cigarette distribution based on the analyzing the characteristics of battery electric vehicle and its application in abroad and domestic and also presents the restriction factor and principle of popularizing the application of battery electric vehicle in the cigarette distribution.
