凝固方式对IC10合金性能的影响

摘要
本文通过与IC10柱晶对比研究了IC10单晶的力学性能。在化学成分和热处理制度与IC10柱晶相同的条件下,对IC10单晶进行了600~1100℃拉伸实验,力学性能试样的轴向平行于单晶试棒的纵向。实验结果表明IC10单晶的屈服强度和抗拉强度低于柱晶,随温度的升高两者差距减小,高温强度两者基本相当;而IC10单晶的伸长率和断面收缩率高于柱晶,当温度高于800℃以后两者之间差距明显变大。这说明纵向晶界的去除显著提高了IC10单晶的高温塑性,但对高温强度影响不大。
Present research is carried out to compare the mechanical properties of IC10 alloys with directionally solidified columnar grains and single crystal.With the same chemical composition and heat treatment,tensile tests were carried out for IC10 alloys with columnar grains and single crystal at room temperature and 600 ~1100℃.The tensile direction was parallel to the[001]direction for the two alloys.Experiment results indicate that the strength of single crystal IC10 is lower than that of columnar-grained IC10.The difference becomes less obvious when test temperature is increased.The ductility of IC10 single crystal is larger than that of columnar-grained IC10.With temperature over 800℃,the difference in ductility between the two alloys becomes quite obvious.The experiment shows that the removal of longitudinal grain boundary can increase the ductility significantly at high temperature,but almost has no influence on high temperature strength.
