吹砂压力与加热温度对DD406单晶高温合金再结晶的影响

摘要
研究了吹砂压力与加热温度对第二代单晶高温合金DD406再结晶组织的影响规律。结果表明:吹砂处理后,DD406合金表层的γ′相发生了扭曲变形;随着吹砂压力增大,变形组织的厚度明显增加,γ′相的变形程度增大;在相同的加热条件下,随着吹砂压力增加,DD406合金再结晶组织厚度增加。在相同的吹砂压力条件下,随着加热温度的升高,DD406合金再结晶形态由胞状再结晶过渡到胞状再结晶与等轴再结晶同时存在的混合型再结晶组织,进而过渡到等轴再结晶组织。
The effects of grit blasting pressure and heating temperature on the recrystallization microstructure of single crystal superalloy DD406 were investigated.The results show that the γ' phase in the surface of the DD406 alloy is distorted in the cold worked region by grit blasting.With the increase of grit blasting pressure,the depth of distorted microstructure increases obviously.And degree of deformed γ' phase also increases.At the same heating temperature,with the increase of grit blasting pressure,the depth of recrystallization zone increase.On the contrary,at the same grit blasting pressure,with the increase of heating temperature,the configuration of recrystallization microstructure change from cellular recrystallization to mixed recrystallization,and then to equiaxed recrystallization.
