摘要
通过煤泥浮选试验研究了自制的微乳捕收剂LY的浮选性能,并与传统的烃类油捕收剂——柴油进行了比较。针对一朝鲜煤泥样品,在LY用量0.7 kg/t时,可以获得精煤产率78.52%、精煤灰分7.79%的分选指标;与最佳的柴油分选指标相比,LY的精煤产率高4.5%、精煤灰分高0.55%;同时,LY的消耗量比柴油低0.1 kg/t,实际的柴油节省率为73%左右(不考虑表面活性剂),但LY的分选选择性有待提高。
