基于“互联网+”的新一代现代卷烟零售终端体系框架研究

摘要
经过一段时期的大力建设,具备卷烟销售、形象展示、品牌展示、信息采集、消费跟踪等功能的现代卷烟零售终端体系已基本形成。以现代卷烟零售终端为基础构建的终端信息体系在信息采集、消费跟踪、产品管理等方面已初具成效。但相比连锁零售行业,现代卷烟零售终端在信息的获取、数据的分析等方面仍有差距。本文聚焦于消费数据的精准获取,依托"互联网+"时代的技术变革,构建以客户为中心,以卷烟专营场所为基础,综合互联网信息服务、电子支付服务、非烟物流服务,整合商流、物流、资金流、信息流,构建闭环的"互联网+"新一代现代卷烟零售终端体系。
This article focuses on accurate consumption data acquisition, relying on the "Internet +" technological change of the times, build a customer-centric, cigarette sale based system which combined Internet information services, electronic payment services, non-tobacco logistics services, integrated business flow, logistics, capital flow, information flow, made a closed-loop "Internet +" of new generation modern cigarette retail terminal system.
