牙周炎基础治疗后加用盐酸米诺环素的临床疗效

摘要

目的:探讨牙周炎经基础治疗后应用盐酸米诺环素治疗的临床效果。方法:从我科2013年6月--2015年6月门诊牙周炎患者中随机抽取86例,分为对照组(43例,单纯基础治疗)和观察组(43例,基础治疗+盐酸米诺环素),对比两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后牙周袋底微生物比率和牙周相关指标的变化。结果:(1)经比较,对照组的总有效率为69.77%,观察组为90.70%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)两组患者的球菌、杆菌和螺旋体比率显著改善,观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)两组患者的牙龈指数(GL)探诊深度(PD)和松动度(MD)在治疗后显著下降,观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牙周炎经基础治疗后应用盐酸米诺环素不仅疗效显著,还能够明显改善临床症状和牙周相关指数,具有临床推广价值。
Objective:to study the periodontal disease after treatment with depth with the clinical effect of minocycline hydrochloride treatment.Methods:our hospital dental in June 2013-June 2015 periodontal disease patients were randomly selected 86 cases were studied,according to the admission order were randomly divided into control group(43 cases,pure depth treatment) andobservation group(43 cases,line depth treatment+minocycline hydrochloride),compared two groups of patients with the clinical therapeutic effect,bag microbial ratio before and after the treatment andperiodontal index changes.Results:(1)the comparison,the control group total effective rate was 69.77%, less than 90.70% of the observation group,the total effective rate between groups exist obviousdifference(P<0.05).(2) compared with before treatment,two groups of patients with staphylococcus aureus,bacillus and helix ratio improved significantly,and the observation group was better than controlgroup,each group between index difference after statistics analysis has a significance(P<0.05).(3) compared with before treatment,two groups of patients with GL,PD and MD declined significantly aftertreatment,different time points lower than the control group and observation group,group differences and differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:periodontaldisease after treatment with depth using minocycline hydrochloride treatment effect is significant,not only can improve the treatment effect,also can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and relatedindex,periodontal clinical popularization value.
