HPV16/18E6、端粒酶、周期素D1在鼻咽癌细胞中的表达检测

摘要
目的探讨HPV16/18E6、端粒酶(telomerase)、周期素D1(cyclin D1)这三种指标在鼻咽癌HNE1细胞中的表达及意义。方法以PBS作为阴性对照,把被过氧化物酶标记的链霉卵蛋白素放置在细胞爬片上进行检测。结果三种指标在鼻咽癌HNE1细胞中均为阳性表达。结论提示上述三种指标与鼻咽癌的发生发展有密切关系。
Objective To detect expression of HPV16/18E6、telomerase and cyclin D1 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods streptavidin/peroxidase were applied to examine. Resultsand conclusions positive resultions were showed, which suggest that three of all are highly related to nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
