摘要

目的讨论基于心理弹性评价心理治疗联合草酸艾司西酞普兰在产后抑郁症治疗的效果。方法在2010年1月至2013年10月间,选择浙江省湖州市第三人民医院门诊及院部收治的68例产后抑郁患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组35例,首先应用心理弹性评价患者的心理状态,并采用相应心理治疗手段,同时联合应用草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗;对照组33例,单用艾司西酞普兰治疗。比较心理弹性与产后抑郁的相关性,同时比较两组的治疗效果。结果患者心理弹性(CD-RJSC)与爱丁堡产后抑郁(EPDS)相关性评价比较,回归方程为Y=-1.562+0.65X,(r=-0.425,P=0.041),结果具有统计学意义;两组在治疗2月后(t=-2.783,P=0.029),3月后(t=-5.228,P=0.004),结果具有统计学意义。心理弹性(CD-RJSC)评分在治疗2月后(t=4.882,P=0.011),3月后(t=6.028,P=0.002),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理弹性与产后抑郁具有线性相关,通过对患者心理弹性差产生的根源进行深入剖析,进行有针对性的综合心理干预配合应用草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗,具有良好的治疗效果。
Purpose To Discuss the evaluation in postpartum depression therapy.based on psychological therapy combined resilience escitalopram oxalate.Methods Selected 68 cases of postpartum depression as the research object from Third People s Hospital of Huzhou City in January 2010 to October 2013,used a random number table,patients were randomly divided into treatment group,control treatment group 35 cases,the first application of the psychological state of the patient s mental resilience evaluation,and the use of appropriate psychological treatment,while the combination of escitalopram oxalate treatment;the control group 33 cases,a single treatment with escitalopram.Relevance,while therapeutic effects were compared with the comparative resilience of postpartum depression.Results Patients with psychological resilience(CD-RJSC) compared with the Edinburgh postnatal depression(EPDS) related evaluation,the regression equation was Y =-1.562 +0.65 X,(r =-0.425,P = 0.041),the results were statistically significant;groups in 2 months after treatment(t =-2.783,P = 0.029),after March(t =-5.228,P = 0.004),a statistically significant result.Psychological resilience(CD-RJSC)score at 2 months after treatment(t = 4.882,P = 0.011),after 3 months(t = 6.028,P = 0.002),had a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Mental flexibility and postpartum depression has a linear correlation,root cause of psychological resilience through poor patients produced an in-depth analysis,targeted psychological intervention with the application of escitalopram oxalate treatment,has a good therapeutic effect.
