肾炎康复片联合氯沙坦治疗IgA肾病的临床效果观察

摘要

目的:观察肾炎康复片联合氯沙坦治疗Ig A肾病的临床效果。方法:随机选取2015年4月至2016年5月我院收治的Ig A肾病患者40例作为研究对象,按照就诊顺序分为对照组和观察组各20例。对照组采用氯沙坦进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予肾炎康复片进行治疗,而后观察两组患者治疗效果和各项生化指标(肌酐、血清白蛋白、24h尿蛋白定量、红细胞计数)。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异显著,具有统计学意义。治疗前,两组患者各项生化指标对比无显著差异,P>0.05,无统计学意义。治疗后,观察组患者各项生化指标明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异显著,具有统计学意义。结论:治疗Ig A肾病采用肾炎康复片联合氯沙坦的治疗方法可有效的提高治疗效果,各项生化指标恢复较好,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of Ig A nephropathy with the combination of losartan and rehabilitation tablets. Methods: 40 cases of Ig Anephropathy in our hospital from April 2015 to May 2016 were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the observation group, 20 cases were divided into the control group and theobservation group. The control group was treated with losartan treatment, observe the treatment of Shenyankangfu Tablet group in the control group, then observe the effect of two groups of patientsand the biochemical indicators(serum creatinine, serum albumin, 24 h urinary protein, red blood cell count). Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher thanthat of the control group, P<0.05, the difference was significant, with statistical significance. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in biochemical indexes between the two groups, P>0.05, no statistical significance. After treatment, the biochemical indexes of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, P<0.05, the difference was significant, withstatistical significance. Conclusion: the treatment of Ig A nephropathy with nephritis rehabilitation tablets combined with losartan treatment can effectively improve the treatment effect, thebiochemical indicators of recovery is better, it is worthy of clinical application.
