摘要

目的:探讨螺旋CT三维重建对膝关节骨折的诊断作用及价值。方法:选择2014年1月至2015年12月我院收诊的50例膝关节骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组(n=25)和对照组(n=25),两组患者入院后均进行X线平片检查,实验组在此基础上进行螺旋CT三维重建检查,对两组患者的检查结果进行比较。结果:实验组检出率为100.00%,对照组检出率为80.00%,两组检出率比较实验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用螺旋CT三维重建对膝关节骨折患者进行诊断,能够提高诊断的准确性,值得推广与应用。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic role and value of spiral CT knee fracture. Methods:Select from January 2014 to December 2015 50 cases of knee fracture patients in ourhospital received the diagnosis as research subjects were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 25) and control group(n = 25), after two groups of patients were admitted to hospital X-rayexamination, the experimental group spiral CT 3D reconstruction on the basis of findings of two groups of patients were compared.Results:The detection rate of the experimental group was 100%, thecontrol group was 80%, the detection rate of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction of knee jointfracture patients were diagnosed, can improve the accuracy of diagnosis, is worthy of promotion and Application.
