老年心脑血管病患者医院感染的临床特点及危险因素分析

摘要

目的:对老年心血管疾病患者医院感染的特点及危险因素进行探讨。方法:选取我院2012年2月至2014年2月收治的1038例老年心脑血管疾病患者作为对照组,采用常规医院感染预防措施,选取我院2014年3月至2016年3月收治的1521例老年心脑血管疾病患者作为观察组,采取针对性院内感染预防措施,对比两组医院感染发生率,总结诱发院内感染的危险因素。结果:患者住院期间,观察组中46例患者发生医院感染,感染率3.02%,对照组中96例患者发生医院感染,感染率9.25%,两组对比,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;诱发医院感染的危险因素主要有:导尿管与鼻饲管侵入性操作、手术室及导管室卫生状况、滥用抗菌药物等。结论:对老年心脑血管患者在入院治疗期间,实施有效的预防医院感染促使,可降低感染发生率,提高患者治疗下过,缩短住院时间,在临床中值得推广。
objective: to elderly patients with cardiovascular disease characteristics and risk factors of hospital infection were discussed. Methods: from February 2012 to February 2012 wereas control group of 1038 cases of elderly patients with disease of heart head blood-vessel, the conventional hospital infection prevention measures, selection of our hospital in March 2014 to March 2016, 1521 cases of elderly patients with disease of heart head blood-vessel as observation group, adopting the nosocomial infection prevention measures, compared two groups of nosocomial infection, inducethe risk factors of nosocomial infection were summarized. Results: the patients during hospitalization, 46 cases in observation group, the occurrence of nosocomial infection in patients with infectionrate 3.02%, control group of 96 patients with hospital infection, infection rate of 9.25%, compared two groups, observation group significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statisticallysignificant, P < 0.05; Induce nosocomial infection risk factors mainly include: catheter and nasogastric tube of invasive operation, the operating room and international health, abuse of antibacterial drugs, etc. Conclusion: the elderly patients during hospitalization of heart head blood-vessel, prompting to prevent hospital infection effectively, can reduce the incidence of infection, improve the patientsunder treatment, shorten hospitalization time, is worth popularization in clinical.
