摘要

目的:研究舒适护理在妇科腹腔镜手术患者围术期应用的护理效果。方法:选取我院2015年5月到2016年5月期间收治的妇科腹腔镜手术患者110例为研究对象,按照数字随机化法将所有患者分为对照组和试验组,每组各55例患者。其中对照组采用常规护理方式,试验组采用舒适护理。比较两组患者术前焦虑评分和术后疼痛程度评分,并对两组患者的护理满意度进行比较。结果:试验组患者术前焦虑评分低于对照组,术后疼痛评分低于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,两组数据相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。并且试验组患者护理满意度高于对照组,两组数据相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理在妇科腹腔镜手术患者围术期中的应用效果较好,能明显降低患者的术前焦虑评分与疼痛评分,并且能减少患者的并发症,提升患者的护理满意度,具有很高临床推广价值,
Objective: To study the nursing effect of comfortable nursing in perioperative period of gynecological laparoscopic operation. Methods:In our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected from the patients undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic surgery in 110 cases as the research object, according to the digital randomized approach all patients were divided intocontrol group and experimental group, 55 patients in each group. In the control group, routine nursing was adopted, and the test group was comfortable nursing. Compare the preoperative anxietyand postoperative pain scores of the two groups, and compare the nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results: The preoperative anxiety score of the experimental group was lower than that ofthe control group, the postoperative pain score was lower than the control group, the incidence rate of complications was lower than that of the control group, the difference was significant(P < 0.05) compared with the two groups. And the experimental group of patients with care satisfaction than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Comfortable nursing good application effect in operation period of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery patients perioperative, can significantly reduce the patient's preoperative anxietyscore and pain score, and can reduce the complications of patients, improve nursing satisfaction of patients, with a high clinical value,
