规培护士心理健康状况及相关因素调查研究

摘要
目的调查规培护士心理健康状况并分析其相关因素。方法采用方便抽样方法,使用症状自评量表(Symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)及自制问卷,对某三甲综合医院规培护士进行调查。结果规培护士心理健康状况优于全国青年常模;其阳性症状检出率为36.1%;SCL-90各因子分、阳性条目数、总分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),性别、少数民族、独生子女状况对它们影响均不显著(P>0.05),农村规培护士人际关系敏感、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性等5个因子分、阳性条目数、量表总分均显著高于城镇规培护士(P<0.05)。结论规培护士心理健康状况总体较好,应根据其影响因素制定相应措施,促进该群体健康成长。
objective to investigate rules from nurses mental health status and to analyze its related factors. Methods using convenient sampling method, the use of Symptom selfassessment scale(Symptom checklist 90, SCL- 90) and self-made questionnaire, investigating a third general hospital rules from the nurse. The rules from nurses mental health status is betterthan that of the national youth norm; The positive detection rate is 36.1%; SCL- 90 score, positive items number, each factor points difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05), gender, ethnicminorities, the condition of the one-child influence on them were not significant(P > 0.05), the rural rules from the nurse sensitive interpersonal relationship, anxiety, hostility, terror, psychoticpoints, the number of positive items, the five factors such as scale scores were significantly higher than urban rules from nurses(P < 0.05). Conclusion rules from nurses mental health conditionoverall is good, should according to the influencing factors of formulate corresponding measures to promote the healthy growth of the group.
