心脑血管病合并2型糖尿病患者的临床观察及护理

摘要

目的:探讨分析心脑血管病合并2型糖尿病的临床效果观察,并且对护理方法进行探讨。方法:随机选取的在我院接受治疗的心脑血管病合并2型糖尿病老干部作为调查分析对象,参与调查老干部数量共为200例,采用随机数字表法,将所有患者随机分为对照组(给予常规护理干预)和观察组(在对照组基础上增加个体化护理干预),比较两组患者的干预效果。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率为,患者对护理质量的满意度为,均明显高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予2型糖尿病患者个体化护理干预,能够明显改善患者的血糖水平,降低心血管事件的发生率,提高患者的满意度,值得在临床进行广泛应用。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of combined cardiovascular disease in type 2 diabetes observation and nursing methods were discussed. Methods: The random selectionin our hospital for treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease patients with type 2 diabetes as a veteran survey analysis objects, the number of cadres involved in the investigation a total of 200 cases, the use of random number table, all the patients were randomly divided into control group(administered General nursing intervention) and observation group(increase of individualized nursingintervention in the control group basis), intervention effects between the two groups of patients. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment of patients, patient satisfaction with quality of care for, were significantly higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion: Patients with type 2 diabetes given individualized nursing intervention can significantly improve bloodsugar levels in patients, reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events, improve patient satisfaction, worthy of extensive clinical application.
