摘要

随着我院临床路径病种的增多,基于HIS的临床路径信息化能够规范医疗行为、降低成本、提高工作效率、减轻工作负荷,为此,我院临床路径系统设计有结构化表单、医嘱关联、未完成工作提醒等特点。临床路径实施流程是以病人住院时间过程为横轴,以诊疗活动为纵轴,将时间轴划分几个阶段,如手术前、手术中,手术后,出院等阶段,并在时间轴上执行诊疗项目,开立医嘱,开展护理工作,记录变异,书写病历。临床路径信息化系统需要关注临床路径结构,表单数字化;临床医护人员友好的操作界面:临床路径实施管理,终末质量、环节质控、统计、分析。临床路径信息化系统设计根据我院实际的用户分类,可将临床路径分为三大模块,系统维护人员的临床路径维护模块,临床医护人员的临床路径临床应用,监控部门的临床路径监控管理。
With the increasing of the clinical path disease,Clinical pathway Management Informationization based on HIS can standardize the medical behavior,reduce cost,improve work efficiency,reduce the work load.Therefore,clinical pathway system design in our hospital has structured form,medical association,unfinished work reminds etc.Clinical pathway implementation process,based on the duration of hospitalization as the abscissa axis and treatment activities as the vertical axis,divides time axis into several stages,such as,before,under and after surgery,also hospital check-out.In the process,the treatment project,prescription,nursing,variation,and medical history will be recorded on the time axis.Clinical pathway information system should focus on the structure of clinical pathway and digitized format.Clinical pathway information system provides user-friendly operation interface for clinical medical staff,like the operation of in path,out path,variation,writing prescription and medical record,and printing clinical pathway form.The clinical pathway implements the management,quality control of process and procedure for the whole year as well as its statistics and analysis.Based on user category,clinical pathway information system design is classified into three modules,the maintenance module for maintenance staff,the clinical path and clinical application for medical personnel,as well as monitoring management for monitoring department.
