摘要

目的基层医院医疗设备占医院固定资产比例较高,如何开展成本核算,取得最大的社会效益与经济效益是医院管理工作中的重要内容。方法利用月投资收益率法对医院贵重医疗设备进行效益分析。结果通过贵重设备的成本效益分析后发现,在更新设备管理方式的同时增加单台设备人力资源的投入是提高设备综合效益的有效途径。结论医疗设备是实施医疗工作的重要手段,对其进行有效管理,就能加强基层医院使用人员对医疗设备的责任心,促进医疗工作效率,提升医院整体水平。
Objective Basic hospital medical equipment accounted for a high proportion of hospital fixed assets,how to carry out cost accounting,the biggest social benefits and economic benefits is the important content of hospital management.Methods The benefit analysis of the medical equipment of the hospital with the method of the monthly return on investment.Results Through the analysis of the cost benefit of valuable equipment,it is found that the input of the human resource is the effective way to improve the efficiency of the equipment.Conclusion Medical equipment is an important means for the implementation of medical work,the effective management of it,we can strengthen the grass-roots hospital staff to the medical equipment of the responsibility,and promote the efficiency of medical work,improve the overall level of the hospital.
