氟化工厂周围鸡蛋中典型全氟化合物异构体差异性富集研究

摘要
全氟化合物(perfluoroalkyl substances,PFASs)是受到《关于持久性有机污染物的斯德哥尔摩公约》名单高度关注的一类化合物。目前已经在全球各类环境介质、生物体及人群中广泛检出,其环境污染、毒性效应以及健康风险问题已引起高度重视[1]。传统的电化学氟化法生产工艺会产生PFASs的直链/支链同分异构体,这些同分异构体可能具有不同的环境行为和毒理效应[2]。本研究分析了全氟化工厂周围鸡蛋清/黄中的全氟辛基磺酸盐(PFOS),全氟辛基羧酸(PFOA)和全氟己基磺酸(PFHx S)的直链/支链同分异构体含量,结果表明PFASs主要存在于蛋黄中,而蛋清中几乎未检出。直链异构体含量明显高于支链异构体,其原因可能与不同异构体与蛋白结合能力差异有关。
PFOS,its salts and perfluorooctylsulfonyl fluoride(POSF) were listed as Persistent Organic Pollutants(POPs) in Annex B of the Stockholm Convention in 2009.The health risk of PFASs has attracted significant attention for their ubiquitous presence in environmental,wildlife and humans,and toxicity in animal models.The traditional electro-chemical fluorination method leads to a complex mixture of linear and branched isomers of PFASs.Those isomers may have different environmental behavior and toxic effect.In this study,we investigated the occurrence of linear and branched isomers of PFOS,PFOA and PFHx S in albumen and yolk in eggs around a manufacturing facility.The results indicated that high levels of PFASs were found in yolk,whereas the detection rate of PFASs in albumen was very low.The predominant PFASs isomers were linear PFOS,PFOA and PFHx S in all eggs.Molecular docking modeling implied that linear PFOS had a stronger interaction with protein in yolk than that for branched isomers.
