一种喹啉衍生物对碳钢在H_2S-HCl-H_2O中的腐蚀抑制作用

摘要
通过静态失重法和电化学极化技术,研究了一种以喹啉衍生物为主剂的缓蚀剂1C在H_2SHC1盐水中对碳钢的缓蚀作用机理及在A3钢表面的吸附热力学。结果表明,缓蚀剂1C能有效抑制A3钢在H_2S-HC1盐水中的腐蚀,对阴、阳极过程均有抑制作用,属于混合抑制型缓蚀剂;其在钢表面的吸附服从Langmiur等温吸附,吸附过程是放热过程,温度升高不利于缓蚀剂的吸附,缓蚀率随之下降。
The inhibition activity of a quinoline derivate upon H_2S-HCl corrosion of A3 steel has been studied in a wide range of concentrations at 40~80℃ using potentiodynamic polarization and gravimetric methods.High activity has been found for the derivate at the concentration over 25mg/L.Adsorption of inhibitor by metal not only blocks its surface according to Langmiur adsorption,but changes both cathode and anode reaction mechanism as well.It can be considered as a mixed type inhibitor.Its adsorption process was exothermic and chemisorption.
