摘要

针对CO_2驱注采井腐蚀工况,利用高温高压反应釜模拟超临界CO_2/油/水多相流腐蚀环境,开展了N80钢的动态CO_2腐蚀试验。采用腐蚀失重和扫描电镜等方法,研究了原油含水率对N80钢腐蚀速率和腐蚀形态的影响规律。结果表明:随含水率升高,N80平均腐蚀速率增加。含水率低于30%时,N80发生均匀腐蚀,且腐蚀速率小于0.01 mm/a。在含水率30%~75%之间,发生点蚀。含水率大于75%时,发生台地腐蚀,腐蚀速率急剧上升。现场试验表明,CO_2驱开发过程中,低含水率条件下,N80钢腐蚀轻微。
Corrosion behaviors of N80 steel were studied in high pressure autoclave under supercritical CO_2 /oil/water multiphase flow system.Corrosion rate and corrosion type of N80 steel were investigated under the conditions of different water cut by corrosion weight loss and SEM.The results show that uniform corrosion rate increases with the water cut increasing.When the water cut is below 30%,uniform corrosion occurs and the corrosion rates of N80 steel are below 0.01mm/a.When the water cut is between 30%and 75%,pitting corrosion occurs.However,when the water cut is higher than 75%,the corrosion rate increases dramatically and mesa corrosion occurs.Oilfield test results show that the corrosion rates of N80 steel are smaller under the conditions of lower water cut in CO_2 flooding.
