具有聚集诱导发光效应的香豆素氟硼化合物在生物成像中的应用

摘要
与聚集猝灭的分子相比,具有聚集诱导发光性质的分子在发光器件和传感器材料等领域有更重要的应用价值[3]。特别是基于具有分子内电荷转移性质的化合物设计的聚集诱导发光分子,其聚集发射峰会发生明显红移从而获得更大的斯托克位移(Stokes shift)[1,2]。因此基于具有典型分子内电荷转移性质的香豆素类化合物,我们设计合成了新型的β-二酮氟化硼有机物,它们具有明显的聚集诱导发光效应,在聚集状态下Stoke shift达到170 nm(Fig.1)。细胞实验表明这两种化合物能够作为溶酶体探针用于细胞成像。
Molecules that display aggregation-induced emission(AIE) are superior over ACQ effect, which play significant role in light-emitting devices and sensors material.[3] Boron β-diketonate derivatives are a significant class of organboron compounds because of their unique physical properties.[1,2] In this work, we design and synthesized two coumarin-based difluoroboron complexes with aggregation-induced emission(AIE). The new bright red-shifted emission appeared at 650 nm(620nm) in the aggregation state, and Stoke shift up to 170 nm. Cell imaging experiments indicate that the complexes is lysosome tracker.
