成都市地下水资源开发利用综合评价研究

摘要
城市地下水资源作为一种重要的自然资源,与城市的可持续发展休戚相关,其合理开发利用显得至关重要。为了客观、准确地了解成都市各大区县的地下水资源的开发利用情况,为后期制定正确的地下水资源开发利用规划,本文从成都市实际情况出发,利用层次分析法构建成都市地下水资源开发利用综合评价指标体系,并采用模糊综合评价法构建地下水资源开发利用综合评价模型,首先确定评判对象的因素集、决策集和隶属度函数,并通过隶属度函数求出评判矩阵,然后确定模糊集以及综合评判矩阵,最后采取加权平均法求评价等级指数,并就评价结果提出相关建议。应用结果表明五大区的地下水资源开发利用情况比较好,而新津县的地下水资源开发利用程度相对来说还有待提高,与实际情况较吻合,说明该评价方法是合理、可行的。
Urban groundwater resources as a kind of important natural resources, so intertwined with the sustainable development of the city, the reasonable development and utilization is critical. In order to objectively and accurately understand the districts and counties of Chengdu development and utilization of groundwater resources, establish correct plans for later groundwater resources of exploitation and utilization, this article embarks from the actual situation of Chengdu, use the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of groundwater resources development and utilization of Chengdu, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct comprehensive evaluation model of groundwater resources development and utilization. First, determine the factor sets, evaluation object decision sets and membership functions, and use the membership function to get evaluation matrix, then ascertain the fuzzy set and comprehensive evaluation matrix, finally take the weighted average method to evaluate subordinate level and put forward related suggestions based on evaluation results. The result shows that the five main area of groundwater resources is better in development and utilization situation, but the degree of groundwater resources development and utilization of Xinjin relatively needs to be improved,which is consistent with the actual situation,showing that this evaluation method is reasonable and feasible.
