原油浓度对不同植物生长特性的研究

摘要
采用盆栽实验,主要研究原油污染土壤对植物生长特性的影响。以冬小麦(Triticum aestivum)和紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)为供试物,设置三组平行实验,污染水平为0.5%、1.5%和3%三种不同石油浓度土壤,观察发芽率、株高、叶片数、根的活力和杆、鲜重等植物的生长特性。研究结果表明:种子萌发和植物生长,均受到原油的影响。随着石油污染水平的增加,植物的发芽时间推迟,发芽率下降,鲜重和株高也不同程度的低于无污染对照,当污染水平达到3%时,紫花苜蓿在30天,小麦在45天后期出现倒伏、萎蔫的现象。
The research mainly to explore the crude oil contaminated soil influence on plant growth characteristics by pot experiment.In Triticum aestivum and Medicago sativa L for the test object,set up three groups of parallel experiments,three different oil concentration of soil pollution levels for 0.5%,1.5% and 3%,to observe the growth characteristic of plants including germination rate,plant height,leaf number,root vigor and stem,fresh weight,etc,are under the influence of crude oil.The results show that the seed germination and plant growth,are under the influence of crude oil.With the increase of oil contamination level,the plant delay the germination time and germination rate,fresh weight and plant height of different level lower than that of no pollution controls,also when the pollution level of 3%,Medicago sativa L in 30 days,Triticum aestivum in 45 days later,wilting phenomenon.
