管阵列中不同位置的声源辐射特性

摘要
本文基于声子晶体理论研究电站锅炉管阵列中不同位置的声源辐射特性。设定换热器管阵列的纵向节距与横向节距等几何参数,通过平面波展开法获得管阵列的声波带隙结构,将声源设置在管阵列中不同位置,选取特定的频率,通过COMSOL有限元计算得到声源的传播特性与辐射特性。结果表明:声辐射指向性特性与声源通过管排数量,声源频率是否处在声波禁带有关。研究管阵列中不同位置声源的辐射特性对管阵列中声源定位有重要意义。
Based on the phononic crystal theory, we study the different location acoustic radiation characteristics in power station tube arrays. We set the heat exchanger tube arrays parameters, such as longitudinal and horizontal pitch, etc. The tube arrays acoustic band structure is got by the plan wave expansion method. Setting the sound source in tube arrays different location, and selecting some specific frequencies, the acoustic propagation and radiation characteristics are got by COMSOL. The results show that the acoustic radiation directivity not only have relation with the sound through the tube row number, but also have relation with the frequency whether in the acoustic bang gap. This study has important significance for the acoustic location in tube arrays.
