摘要

<正>目的基于国际功能、残疾和健康分类(International Classification of Functioning,Disability,and Health,简称ICF)~([1]),研究者将残疾界定为"个体(有某种健康状况)和个体所处的背景性因素(环境和个人因素)之间发生相互作用时的活动参与受限",具体包括"功能障碍"、"活动受限"和"参与限制"等~([2])。对于未成年人残疾水平的界定、描述和测量,《国际功能、残疾和健康分类(儿童和青少年版本)》(ICF-CY)~([3])提到"活动和参与(activities and participation)"水平是未成年人发展过程中自身健康状况和环
