摘要

图画书是儿童最早的书面阅读材料之一,儿童不仅可以从中获得言语能力的发展,也可从中习得社会知识和社会技能。社会交往障碍是自闭症的核心障碍之一,表现在与他人情感和互动的困难,对社会性信息存在独特的视觉注意特征,这可能会对他们的图画书阅读产生影响。因此,有必要量化研究自闭症儿童图画书阅读中社交信息提取和加工的特点及其对故事理解的影响,进一步分析影响的内在机制,为自闭症儿童的早期阅读干预提供借鉴。选取在厦门市精神卫生中心就诊的30名自闭症儿童和厦门市幼儿园智力相匹配的30名普通幼儿,让他们观看图画书,收集他们阅读过程中对社交信息和非社交信息的眼动指标,并要求他们在看图过程中同时叙述图画书中的故事情节,结果发现,自闭症儿童的社交缺陷水平与图画书故事理解存在负相关,社交缺陷越严重,图画书故事理解能力越弱;自闭症儿童对图画书中图画形象、事件行动和角色状态的理解水平显著劣于普通儿童;自闭症儿童图画书中社交信息的关注与故事理解呈正相关,对社交信息关注越多,故事理解能力越好。总之,自闭症儿童的社交缺陷影响其图画书社交信息的提取和加工,从而影响其对图画书故事的理解。
It is vital significance for children to read picture book, not only can it be promote children's language ability,but also make for social cognition and social skill. Social withdrawal of communication is one of key deficit of Autism and may be a bad influence on their reading comprehension. Therefore, it is necessary to understand how children with Autism extracting and processing social information when they read picture book. Compared its difference with typical developed children and analyzed the relationship between social deficits of communication and story comprehension in picture book to provide reference for further early reading intervention with Autism.The subject of this study is composed of individuals with Autism(N=30,from Xiamen mental health center) and matched typical developed children(N=30,from one typical kindergarten in Xiamen). By analyzing eye-movement data and narrative data collected in picture book reading, we found that social deficits of children with Autism are negatively related to story comprehension, the more serious the social defect, the lower story comprehension; Children with Autism is far different with typical developed children in understanding picture image, action and station of role; the gazes of social information in picture book of children with Autism are positively related to story comprehension. Hence, we can make conclusion that social deficits of children with Autism affect they extract and process social information in picture book which also affect their story comprehension.
