摘要
以邻菲罗啉为原料,首先经硝化、还原制得5-邻菲罗啉胺,再将5-邻菲罗啉胺与几种二元酸酐发生酰化反应合成了N-(5-邻菲罗啉基)丁二酸单酰胺、N-(5-邻菲罗啉基)戊二酸单酰胺和N-(5-邻菲罗啉基)己二酸单酰胺,并且使用红外光谱证实了它们的结构.
5-amino-1,10-phenanthroline was synthesized from phenanthroline through nitrification and reduction reaction.Then several compounds,such as N-(5-phenanthroline) succinic acid amide,N-(5-phenanthroline) glutaric acid amide and N-(5-phenanthroline) adipic acid amide,were synthesized from 5-amino-1,10-phenanthroline and several dibasic acid anhydrides by means of acylation reactions.The structures of the three products were corroborated by infrared spectroscopy.
