间充质干细胞在生殖领域诱导分化的研究进展

摘要
间充质干细胞自身由于具有独特的生物学特性,是目前生物医学研究的热点之一,在基础研究和临床应用方面具备了一定的基础,在细胞治疗和基因治疗方面显示出广阔的应用前景。本文将对间充质干细胞在生殖领域的研究成果,尤其是向生殖细胞(包括精原细胞与卵圆细胞)的诱导分化作一综述。
