某低硫尾矿回收硫的合理工艺探究

摘要
为对尾矿回收硫后进行综合利用,进行了回收硫工艺探究,对选铅尾矿进行了"锌硫混浮-分离"工艺闭路试验,得到了浮选硫精矿含硫35.61%、硫回收率为45.27%,综合硫精矿品位34.75%,综合硫精矿回收率为50.86%的试验指标。对选锌尾矿进行了"磁-浮"联合工艺试验,通过先磁后浮闭路试验,得到了综合硫精矿硫品位为33.92%,硫回收率为92.15%的试验结果。通过先浮后磁闭路试验,得到了综合硫精矿硫品位35.08%,硫回收率为93.65%的试验结果。通过两种方案均能得到合格的硫精矿。
        In order to recycle sulfur minerals from the tailings,the experimental studies are conducted on three kinds of flotation processes.Firstly,when the raw ore is the tailing after floating Lead,through the"zinc-sulphur mixed flotation-separation"process closed-circuit test,the flotation sulphur concentrate grade is 35.61% and the recovery is 45.27%,the comprehensive sulphur concentrate grade is 34.75% and the recovery is 50.86%.Secondly,when the raw ore is the tailing after floating Zinc,through"flotation after magnetic separation"process closed-circuit"test,the comprehensive sulphur concentrate grade is 33.92% and the recovery is 92.15%;Lastly,through"magnetic separation after flotation"process closed-circuit test,the comprehensive sulphur concentrate grade is 35.08% and the recovery is 93.65%.There are only two kinds of processes that the comprehensive sulphur concentrate is qualified.
