摘要

对厦门市部分社区公共设施的实地调查发现,老龄群体使用社区公共设施存在信息识别困难、操作障碍、需求得不到有效满足等问题。建议借助通用设计的方法,结合老年人在运动机能、知觉机能、认知机能等方面的特点,从造型、尺度、材料、信息传达方式、使用和交互方式等角度完善社区的公共设施设计,进一步提升老龄群体参与使用社区公共设施的积极性,以有效地引导公共资源的合理利用。
        With a survey in Xiamen,the essay summarizes problems existing in community service of an aging society as information recognition, application and unsatisfied demand, and recommends the universal design as a solution,which aims at improving public facilities for the aged community in terms of shape,size, materials,informing mode,use and interaction to accommodate the characteristics of the aged in movement, sensing and perception,so as to enhance participation of the target audience and raise the efficiency of the community service.

    ①笔者走访的厦门市15个社区分别为:思明区6个,为建于2011年的海峡国际社区,建于2009年的云顶至尊,建于1996年的金鸡亭花园小区,建于2002年的洪山柄南小区,建于2008年的瑞景公园,建于1999年的华瑞花园;湖里区2个,为建于2008年的五缘公寓和高林居住区;集美区7个,为建于2008年的红树康桥和天鹅美苑,建于2005年的古龙明珠,建于2003年的凤麟花园,建于2007年的乐活小镇和兑山小区,建于2011年的平阳里社区。
    ②高龄者体验设备是通过负重、增加障碍的方式,使佩戴者达到某种“机能老化”的状态,以实现角色转化。
