摘要

当今社会,国际竞争愈发激烈,国内企业为顺应世界发展趋势、提升自身综合实力,对人才的综合实力要求随之提高。同时伴随全国高校的扩招,大学毕业生人数逐年增加,大学毕业生就业市场竞争压力增大。在激烈的就业竞争中,大学生核心竞争力逐渐成为大学生职业发展的核心元素。高校就业工作的开展有赖于学生的配合,就业工作需要以提高大学生核心竞争力为导向,结合学生自身情况,指导学生进行职业发展规划。如何帮助大学生从容应对激烈的就业竞争,提高学生就业竞争力,实现学生高质量就业,是高校学生就业工作的关键之所在。
        In today's society, the international competition is increasingly fierce. In order to conform to the world development trend and improve their comprehensive strength, domestic enterprises have higher requirements for the comprehensive abilities of talents. With the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities across the country, the number of college graduates has been increasing year by year, and the employment situation is grim. The lack of core competitiveness of college students seriously affects their employment quality. The development of college employment depends on the cooperation of students, so it is necessary to effectively combine students' own situation and guide students to make career development plan guided by improving the core competitiveness of college students. Grasp between core competence and career development of college students dialectical unification relations, carry out to moral quality, cultural quality, innovation quality and physical and mental qualities as the main factors of the core competitiveness of system training course to help students calmly deal with the fierce employment competition, realize the students employment quality, boost college students' career development has an important role.
