摘要

随着公安信息化建设应用的不断发展,禁毒,作为集缉毒执法、情报研判和社会化管理等工作于一体的警种,如何利用大数据平台、融合大数据思维、开展大数据应用,加大打击毒品犯罪效能、拓宽重点人员动态管理渠道、提升禁毒工作水平,成为我们必须面对的课题。从公安大数据的概念特性、公安禁毒大数据应用的现状、运用大数据思维开展大数据应用和开展禁毒大数据应用探索四个方面,对如何基于公安大数据建设开展禁毒大数据应用进行深入分析,提出强化顶层设计、建设全国一朵禁毒云、时空大数据才是真正的大数据等一系列适合禁毒特点和实战的观点。
        With the continuous development of the application and construction of public security information, drug control, as a police force integrating drug law enforcement, intelligence research and social management, how to use big data platform, integrate big data thinking, and develop big data applications to increase combating the effectiveness of drug crimes, broaden the dynamic management channels of key personnel, and raise the level of anti-drug work have become issues that we must face.In-depth analysis of the application of anti-drug big data based on public security big data construction, proposed to strengthen the top-level design, build a national anti-drug cloud, time and space big data is the real big data and a series of suitable drug control characteristics and actual combat views from the conceptual characteristics of public security big data, the current situation of public security drug control big data application, the use of big data thinking to carry out big data applications and the application of drug control big data application.
