摘要

北京协和医院妇产科学系自2006年始,引进模拟教学体系,逐步建立完善了模拟产房,购买了相应的教学设备、建立了产科的模拟教学课程体系、完成了12项单纯技能操作和8项临床思维模拟培训的编写并开设了相应的模拟教学课程进行教学实践,同时开展了多项前瞻性随机对照教学研究。在国内开创了第一家在软硬件方面均完备的产科模拟教学体系。并将模拟教学推广到妇科,建立模拟腔镜培训中心,定期举行腔镜资格培训准入的继续教育课程,从而建立了完善的妇产科模拟教学系统。
        Since 2006, the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Peking Union Medical College Hospital has introduced a simulation training system, gradually established and improved the simulation delivery room, purchased the corresponding teaching equipment, established the simulation curriculum system of obstetrics, and completed 12 simple skill operations and 8 clinical cases. The simulation training was written and the corresponding simulation teaching courses were opened for teaching practice. At the same time, a number of prospective randomized controlled teaching researches were carried out. It is the first obstetric simulation training system in China with both hardware and software. The simulation training was extended to gynecology, the simulated laparoscopic training center was established, and the continuing education course of luminal qualification training was regularly held, thus developing a perfect simulation teaching system for gynecology and obstetrics.
