摘要
冷轧原料质量缺陷主要有钢卷表面氧化铁皮残留,钢卷头部松卷、扁卷,卷取头部宽度拉窄等。采用优化工艺制度,调整开轧轧制时间,降低头部温度,提高设备精度,张力分段控制等措施减少缺陷。出钢温度控制在(1 150±10)℃,薄规格轧制时入精轧温度在1 020℃左右。轧辊冷却水流量应控制在450.4 m~3/h左右。经过试验,产品质量缺陷得到有效改善。
The quality defects of cold-rolled raw material mainly include iron oxide residue on surface of steel coil, loose and flat rolls on the head of steel coil, and narrow the width of roll head. Optimized process system is adopted to adjust rolling time, decrease head temperature, improve equipment precision, tension section control and other measures to reduce defects. The temperature of exit steel is controlled at(1 150±10) ℃, and the temperature of finish rolling is controlled about 1 020 ℃ when rolling thin specifications. Roller cooling water flow should be controlled about 450.4 m~3/h. The test show that the quality defect has been improved effectively.
