摘要
为减少热镀锌钢丝生产线酸洗消耗,对原酸洗工艺进行改进:对酸洗工序进行重新布置,将退火钢丝与非退火钢丝各自单独进行酸洗,把退火钢丝酸洗槽溢流和排放的高浓度酸洗液收集后用于非退火钢丝的酸洗,非退火钢丝酸洗槽溢流和排放的低浓度酸洗液收集后回收;利用旋转编码器采集钢丝的实时走线速度并结合人工录入的钢丝直径由PLC计算出实时Dv值,该值用于控制盐酸添加量。采用上述方式实现盐酸的自动添加,从而降低了酸洗液的峰值浓度,提高酸洗液的利用率,降低酸洗消耗。
        To reduce the consumption of pickling in hot-dip galvanized steel wire production line, the original pickling process was improved. The acid pickling process is rearranged. The annealed steel wire and the non-annealed steel wire are pickled separately. The high concentration acid pickling solution from the overflow and discharge of the annealed steel wire pickling tank is collected for the acid pickling of the non-annealed steel wire, and the low concentration acid pickling solution from the overflow and discharge of the non-annealed steel wire pickling tank is collected for recovery. Real-time running speed of steel wire was collected by rotary encoder and the real-time Dv value was calculated by PLC combined with the diameter of steel wire input manually. The value was used to control the amount of hydrochloric acid added. The automatic addition of hydrochloric acid can be realized by the above way, which can reduce the peak concentration of pickling solution, improve the utilization rate of pickling solution and reduce the consumption of pickling.
